Cartoon blog ... antennas large and small
Out in the Hamvention flea market ... antennas (or is it antennae?) large and small ... —Jason KB3CNM
Cartoon blog ... wireless trouble
Our fancy wireless card died after only a few minutes ... the cell phone company promised us a new one ... by Monday! No good.
... so we're borrowing some wi-fi (with permission) from our neighbors at SteppIR ... which has a nifty motorized dipole on display! (Thank you, SteppIR!) —Jason KB3CNM
Cartoon blog ... the road to Dayton

Tens of thousands of people pour into Dayton, Ohio, every May for Hamvention ... every area hotel and motel is JAMMED to the rafters. Smart hams book months in advance ... like we did ...
... except that our "budget hotel" turned out to be a seedy pigsty, forcing us to find new lodgings at the last minute ... we're now 45 minutes north of Dayton in Greenville, Ohio ... the home of KitchenAid mixers! —Jason KB3CNM
